Which 11 features are homeowners willing to pay more for? 24/7 Wall St. took a look at the question, using data from the National Association of Realtors.

24/7 Wall St. looked at the median amount that these people would be willing to pay to obtain that specific feature; whether prospective home buyers found certain features to be very important; and factors such as home buyers’ age, whether they were looking to move into a new or previously owned home, and whether someone was a first-time or repeat buyer.
