UPDATE 8/26/13: It looks like Wilmer Valderrama has been quite busy in the real estate arena lately. Property records show that the actor recently sold his home at 16207 Dickens St, Encino, CA 91436 for $890,000. He had purchased the 4-bedroom, 3,777-square-foot property in 2006 for $1.099 million.

ORIGINAL POST: While the hometown of foreign exchange student Fez was never revealed on “That ’70s Show,” we now know where actor Wilmer Valderrama lived in real life — a 2.2-acre compound in Tarzana, CA that The Real Estalker blog describes as a “suburban party pad.”

Listed for $3.495 million, the estate at 18800 Wells Dr, Tarzana, CA 91356 consists of 3 structures: a 3-bedroom 5,000-square-foot main house, a 2-bedroom, 2-garage guesthouse and a 2,300-square-foot multi-purpose house with a production suite, office, conference room, game room and gym.

Built in 1946, the private compound maintains a vintage charm. The main house foyer greets guests with framed sketches of old Hollywood’s elite and a preview of the exquisite woodwork present throughout the home.

Many of the rooms feature this detailed work, from the impressive old-fashion bar to the family room fireplace, which also dons colorful stained glass. This house also sports a rooftop deck and a 4-car collector’s garage.

The property also features a huge outdoor entertainment area, with a pool/waterfall grotto/water slide, sandy volleyball court and sports court. In addition to the 6 cars that can be housed in the 2 garages onsite, there’s also room for an additional 12 cars in a parking lot next to the sports court.

If five people arrive per car and all parking spaces are occupied, that’s a total of 90 people — ample room for the entire “That ’70s Show” cast and girlfriend Demi Lovato’s posse to get groovy.

Speaking of Lovato, just a few days ago Valderrama sent a heartfelt birthday tweet to the starlet. Reports that the two might get hitched have been circling around, which begs the question: Will a home for two be on the couple’s real estate wish list?

The listing is held by Andrew Manning of Prudential California Realty.
