Robin Quivers' former condo
Sept. 9, 2013 was a triumphant day for “The Howard Stern Show” co-host Robin Quivers. She announced that she is now “cancer free” after battling the disease for 15 months.
Quivers, 61, had been broadcasting the show remotely for more than a year while undergoing cancer treatment and missed only two days on air, USA Today reports.
During that time, she also listed her waterfront Beach Haven, NJ home and New York City condo, while purchasing a new home in Long Beach Township, NJ.
After only 41 days on the market and a $200,000 price cut, it appears that the 1,486-square-foot NYC condo (pictured above) may have snagged a buyer. Property records show Quivers paid $2.469 million for the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in 2008. The home is now in contract for $2.95 million.
Located on the Upper West Side, the home provides city living without sacrificing sunlight and space. Large windows provide views of the city, park and river. The 9-foot ceilings, closet space and layout of the condo maximize the square footage.
The condo has hardwood and marble floors throughout, and the kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a wine refrigerator.
Meanwhile, The Real Estalker reports that Quivers has also listed one Jersey Shore home and purchased another.
Dubbed “Amethyst Sea,” Quivers’ Beach Haven home (left) is situated on a south-facing lagoon, which the listing describes as an “oh-so-private” location. Built in 2002, the 3,500-square-foot home is listed for $2.45 million.
Luxurious amenities include a large waterfront patio with outdoor seating and a waterfall pool.
Quivers has now moved on to a nearby Long Beach Township home that she purchased in July for $3.389 million.
