Robert Pattinson's house
The end of this movie is now scripted. The Los Feliz home that Robert Pattinson shared with “Twilight” co-star Kristen Stewart has been sold, and according to the L.A. Times, it went to Jim Parsons, star of the CBS sitcom “The Big Bang Theory.”
Parsons paid the British-born actor $6.375 million for the secluded 1922 abode. In 2011, Pattinson paid $6.275 million for the mansion, which was the former home of basketball great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
Pattinson had been living in the home with his Stewart until she was caught cheating on him. That prompted Stewart to leave the home, and eventually, Pattinson left, too, decamping for a therapeutic stay at friend Reese Witherspoon’s Ojai ranch, (which she has since sold).
The end of Pattinson’s relationship with Stewart also meant ending his connection to the Los Feliz home. Rather than return to the residence, Pattinson has since rented a Beverly Hills home, while Stewart bought a place not far from the one she once shared with Pattinson.
What did he give up and Parsons gain? According to the listing description, the 4,026-square-foot house was one of the first residences “built in the gentle hills above Los Feliz.” It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is loaded with architectural details. The grounds feature numerous patio spaces, water features, a pond, pool and city views.
