Lightning Round: Stocks under pressure

CNBC. Jim Cramer is concerned about one particular group of stocks, and warned to stay far away. He also gave his take on caller favorite stocks.

It's that time again! The Lightning Round bell has rung, and Jim Cramer gives his take on a few favorite audience stocks:

Cummins Inc (NYSE: CMI): "Even though demand in the U.S. is strong and the truck builders are remarkably good in this country, I think that Europe will have a tick down and China has just become bad...therefore Cummins is a don't buy."

Greif Inc: "Greif will give you grief. I do like that yield, but both Crown Holdings and Ball Corp are better when it comes to packaging. That's just the way it is."

Physicans Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC): "I know this because it's held up better than a lot of other ones. I do like Ventas more, but if that doesn't come down a great deal here is what I have to caution you about: until we get that Fed rate hike this stock will be under pressure. But I do think that the business model is a good one."

Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW): "Corning is just to me always a bit of a disappointment. It just seems like the end markets aren't strong enough, not the fact that the company's good. They are excellent. But when I look at the end markets they're not good enough so I'm not going to say that you should be in Corning."

Freshpet Inc (NASDAQ: FRPT): "They had some bad publicity. There was nothing I could do about that, they had a good business model. I don't want to repeat the publicity because it only makes things worse, but you can't have a product that has a social media problem right now. And I think the company's got a great idea but there was a bit of a problem there. Beyond that I don't think it's fair to talk about."

Intuitive Surgical Inc: "I have no edge on Intuitive Surgical, I think it's good but I can't tell you if it's great. I prefer Edwards Lifescience in that business, and then secondarily St. Jude med."

Star Gas Partners (NYSE: SGU): "They sell propane. Propane may be adjusted to all pricing the lowest price that's ever been made. As a matter of fact they lose money on all the propane they sell, which is good for your company but not great. I need you to stay away from these companies right now. Until the Fed raises rates these stocks are on the decline and yours has just moved. Maybe take advantage of it and do some sell, sell, sell."

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co: "I think you're in your peak, Goodyear Tire. As a matter of fact I would ring the register to take that profit. I think it is perfect to move on, there are better horses to ride."
