International property portal powers European listings site

An overseas property portal has joined forces with a Web directory to roll out a co-branded website for European real estate listings.

Mondinion.com, an international property site and network of real estate portals operated by Satu Mare, Romania-based Premier World Ltd., has signed a co-branding agreement with Boynton Beach, Fla.-based Web directory SearchEurope.com.

A Web directory lists websites by category or subcategory and links to them. The Search Europe directory has multiple categories, including arts and entertainment, travel, and real estate.

Under the agreement, Mondinion.com created and hosted a co-branded website, searcheurope.mondinion.net, that allows Search Europe's visitors to search European real estate listings sourced from Mondinion.com.

Both property owners and real estate agents can also list their European properties for sale or for rent at no cost on the site, and currently there are more than 120,000 international property listings on the site, the company said.

"This new partnership adds to our rich content and provides an easier way for our users to find properties around the world," said Antoine Zammit, president of SearchEurope.com Inc., in a statement.

Mondinion.com also operates regional real estate portals: RealEstatePropertyListings.eu (targeting Europe), AU-R.com (targeting Australia), PropertiesInSouthAmerica.com, PropertiesInMiddleEast.com, and PropertiesInAsia.com, the company said.

In a statement, Zoltan A. Baranyai, Mondinion.com's founder, said the site had signed many similar co-branded partnerships with country- and region-specific real estate websites from all over the world in the last few months, including Mannzili.com, Qatar's premier property portal.

"Our purpose is to form several similar alliances in 2013 where we offer our experience and technology in (the) international real estate market," Baranyai said.
