A customer relationship management software company is offering a new platform aimed at small businesses that may be of particular interest to mortgage companies or real estate brokerages with in-house or affiliated mortgage businesses.
Los Angeles-based Leads360 has rolled out a cloud-based CRM platform, Leads360 Express, specifically designed to help small business owners, including small mortgage companies and loan officers, compete effectively with larger rivals.
"Small businesses often struggle with CRM software that is over-complicated and hard to set up, making it virtually useless to anyone with limited tech expertise or IT resources," said Corey Brundage, general manager for Leads360 Express, in a statement.
"We have taken our research and the powerful sales automation workflows used by leading sales organizations and made them accessible and easy to use for even the smallest of companies. Almost anyone can be up and running with Leads360 Express in 10 minutes and will start seeing improvements in productivity and lead conversion from day one."
Leads360 Express allows lenders and brokers to capture and track inbound phone and online leads, upload lead lists or use Leads360's "lead hub," which is directly integrated into the platform and includes leads from several mortgage-specific lead providers, including Zillow Mortgage Marketplace and LendingTree.
The platform also automatically distributes leads and prioritizes them for sales representatives and allows them to respond immediately to leads with one-click phone dialing. The platform automatically sends marketing emails when leads reach key milestones or experience status changes, and tracks lead conversion rates and sales campaign effectiveness through a performance dashboard.
Mortgage pros can log in to the platform from their personal computer or through the platform's free mobile application for the Apple iPhone, and receive leads from any land line or mobile phone number.
"Because small mortgage companies and correspondent lenders have fewer resources than larger lenders, they frequently must split their time between many priorities, which often leads to sales opportunities falling through the cracks," the company said. Leads360 Express is available for a monthly subscription of either $24.99 per user or $64.99 per user, depending on the features desired.
