Century 21 releases Super Bowl ads

Century 21 Real Estate LLC has released the four TV ads the franchisor will air Feb. 3 on CBS during Super Bowl XLVII coverage.

The four 30-second spots feature Century 21 Real Estate agents coming "to the rescue" at key life moments for families: dropping a child off at college, getting married, having a baby and winning the lottery.

Century 21 Real Estate ad slated to air during the third quarter of Super Bowl XLVII on CBS on Feb. 3, 2013.

"Our agents are at the heart of our business and their customers rely on them during critical times in their lives," Thorne said, in a statement, about the continuation of the brand's "Smarter, Bolder, Faster" ad campaign.

"These commercials celebrate our agents' dedication to customer service in a fun, creative way and will keep the Century 21 agent top-of-mind with consumers in advance of the spring homebuying and selling season," Thorne said.

Citing an increase in website traffic aided by the 110 million-plus audience of last year's game, the real estate franchisor decided to return this year, said Century 21 Real Estate's chief marketing officer, Bev Thorne.

With last Super Bowl's TV ads, Century 21 said it was the first residential real estate company to advertise during the big game in 21 years.

The wedding ad will run during the first commercial break of the third quarter. The other three will air before the kick-off, appearing eight times between 3 and 4 p.m. during the pre-game show, which will also include other Century 21 Real Estate branding.
