Not two weeks after the cat was let out the bag that billionaire real estate tycoon Jeff Greene might potentially, maybe, possibly be shopping around his Beverly Hills palace for $150M, another epic bomb drops: Dawn Arnall might be hoping to sell her Beverly Hills palace for that very same price tag. That's right, you now live in a world where two private Beverly Hills residences are rumored to be asking $150M.

According to The Real Estalker, the 9.83-acre Owlwood is one of the largest estates in the Platinum Triangle (that glittery area bordered by Bel-Air, Holmby Hills, and Beverly Hills), thanks to a series of land acquisitions by various owners over the last three decades. The current iteration of the property includes a 12,000-square-foot Italian Renaissance-style mansion that once belonged to Cher and Sonny Bono (the duo loved the house so much that they cohabitated there while enduring their crazy divorce), a neighboring 4.6-acre lot that contains Owlwood's pool and tennis courts, and neighboring vacant land that was once home to pinup legend Jayne Mansfield's "Pink Palace" until Arnall and her late husband, Ameriquest founder Roland Arnall, razed it to smithereens.

Six months before his 2010 death, actor Tony Curtis (who owned the house in the '60s/'70s and sold it to Cher in 1974), called the place "mind-boggling," and a Hollywood Reporter piece on Owlwood mentions details such as an indoor swimming pool, "gold bathroom-sink fixtures," and "Cher whipp[ing] through and cover[ing] the walls in the master bedroom with a thousand yards of fabric," according to Broadway producer Chase Mishkin, who bought the house from the singer in 1976. "It was all pretty unattractive." Unfortunately, very few photos of the current interiors exist. Here's one morsel of shoddy video coverage about the home that may soon be in the running for America's priciest listing:
