Priced at $69,000, the home is the cheapest one on the market in the Hamptons, according to the real estate blog.
Brokerage Corcoran doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to the home's modesty, calling it "by far the least expensive way to live south of the highway by the hottest beach in Montauk."
