Fun last-minute gift for a holiday hostess or a kitschy kitchen

I was roaming Anthropologie the other day (research, my friends! Research!) and spotted the Gobble Gobble Dishtowel. Wouldn't it make a great last-minute gift for a holiday hostess?

As a towel, it's on the pricey side, but as a festive item to goose someone's holiday decor, it's not too bad at $34. The photo doesn't really do it justice. The holiday meal is embroidered in a chunky relief; if memory serves, it sticks out a good half-inch or more. You can get a little bit of an idea over at Anthropologie's website, where a mouse-hover over that section reveals a close-up -- though not from the side, sadly.

A nonscientific, nonexhaustive search of Anthro stores suggests that most are open this evening during regular hours. You'll want to call ahead to make sure they're in stock, though.
