Listed and sold a home
Jim Feiner and Phil Cordella have done an excellent job in revealing our property?s unique assets and incorporating our family?s concerns with the realities of the market. We are very pleased that they will be representing our house.

Helped me buy home
Moving to Martha's Vineyard from Texas was a huge challenge but Jim Wallen of Feiner Real Estate was always able to answer questions and make enormously helpful suggestions about all the details of relocating here on the island. Jim has a lifetime of Island knowledge that we were constantly relying on to help us through the details of purchasing a property here.

Helped me buy and sell homes
Jim Feiner knew what my family needed, and he was able to find the perfect property for us before it came on the market. He facilitated the sale of our prior home without a fee so that we could purchase a property that should last our family for generations to come. We are very grateful- we have lived on this island for over 60 years, We know it well. but we were still looking for years for something that hit everything on our wish list: suitable in size, workable condition, something with a sense of place, room to grow, a view, water access, in a specific town, and worth "a stretch". Jim just MADE the perfect one appear at the right time for us by working with potential sellers he knew. He helped us accomplish all the steps in the inevitably complex process. Outstanding. He did his job so well we probably won't need his help for quite some time, but we endorse Jim Feiner with our highest possible recommendation. Less ... More

Listed and sold a home
I have bought land and a house with Jim and rented my houses with him.We have been working together since 1997. He has an intimate knowledge of the land scape that you can only get by spending decades there. He has always been great.
