Paul Clarke is the BEST Realtor you can ever have! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Paul helped us to purchase our dream home, and if it wasn't for his dedication and relentless efforts the transaction would not be successful. Even after we closed on the property, Paul kept calling the sellers realtors (located overseas) to tie up loose ends. Paul your tireless, professional effort was instrumental in getting my condo sold. You stayed on the ball, maintaining contact with each party involved - legal staff, lenders and each potential buyer. Nothing phased you. Listed home, but didn't sell
That was the worse experience we ever had with a real state agent. He was rude and unprofessional! He never answered our calls he didn't show up to show the house on time. He didn't like when we asked him to change some pics of the showing of our house, he told us that he knows what he is doing so after being upset with us he decided not to answer our calls. We recently sold our house ( with a tenant) and didn't use an agent. He only had a few showings within four months and most of the time he showed our house that had a pool to people that did not want a pool. He doesn't tell the truth, he is the one whom told us to list our house for that amount! We never had upgrades and we were aware of that! Less ... More

I am sorry you felt that way. My goal was to sell the property at the best price in the shortest time possible. However as we discussed when looking at the comps/most recent sales, the home was way overpriced. We had over 30 showings with no offers and all the feedback suggested that the house was beautiful but would not appraise in todays market. You were upset saying you had spent thousands in upgrades and that your property was one of the best in the neighborhood. I agreed but the buyers did not. I offered you the services of my professional photographer to take the pictures at my expense and you declined. I wish you and your family all the best and I am sorry for any inconvenience. Less ...
