She guided me through each phase of the process with accurate, useful information and advice... determining the asking price; advising and assisting me regarding which repairs and improvements to make (and which not to make); staging and showing the property; and evaluating offers. Her constant communication with me throughout the entire process was clear, consistent and crucial. Holly was the listing broker on the sale of our "over 55" condo. The restriction certainly limited our market but it didn't limit Holly's creativity or focus. Although it was during what many thought was a slow market - Holly brought us multiple offers right on the value's posted and at the numbers she identified. Holly additionally handled all the appointments, professional reviews, lawyer interface, staging of the property including some of her own props, and of course the showings.
