Dale Weir is the consummate professional real estate agent .Fantastic advice, excellent suggestions, well organized, and doesn't waste time. Dynamic and yet a good listener. She sold our home in less than 24 hours, found us a condo apartment, and helped us move in 30 days. Very friendly and supportive. Knows exactly what she is doing and helped us stay on track. The best agent we have had in 16 moves that we have made.

I was delighted not only with Dale's knowledge and professionalism but also her ability to take my likes and dislikes, my very specific needs and find homes that met them. She is wonderful at giving in depth information and even suggesting why I may not want a particular feature or why I may want to entertain a feature I hadn't asked for. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Over the next few years, she was there for me when I needed help finding a contractor, needed advice on repairs and improvements to my home and more. When I needed to move on, she helped me prepare my home to get the best deal, then marketed it. She negotiated another great deal for me, and helped me to get to a quick and smooth closing. She was always prompt getting back to me, and even though I know she had many other clients, she always made me feel like I was her number 1 client. Dale has always come through with all my real estate needs. Even when I was just "looking" for a home in other areas and not in the market to buy just yet. She has always been able to answer all my questions concerning a property. She was even willing to show me a home that was outside of her normal area and willing to drive the extra way to show me a house I was interested in. Did I mention it was on Christmas Eve of last year and snowing! But she was still there and ready to show me the house. BUYERS BEWARE !!! I moved to the St. Louis area from out of state and Realtor Dale Weir was assigned to me by USAA through the Movers Advantage Program. Ms. Weir claims to assist buyers in understanding a quality home, yet she showed me properties that did not meet our needs, and some that were by a trash dump site. (Lack of knowledge of the area) I eventually found a property ON MY OWN during an Open House and called her to schedule a second showing. My wife and I liked the property, however it needed A LOT of work and it was VACANT for 6 months. Ms. Weir told us that the previous owner was a doctor, who relocated to Florida. We later learned that he worked for A.B. and lost his job. I decided to make an offer for 30k less than the asking price, however, MS. Weir told me that the offer would be OFFENSIVE to the SELLER. The offer was generous, especially in a declining market with lots of inventory. Additionally, I knew I had to invest 20k to bring the property up to par, because the house was 15 years old and had all original equipment and no updates beside granite counter tops on the original construction grade cabinets. I went ahead with her urging of a higher offer, and we settled for only 10k under the asking price. (Poor negotiation skills) Clearly, Ms. Weir was only looking to maximize her profit and the profit of the seller. I've had other realtors before both as selling and buying. I trusted their opinions and knowledge, however, Ms. Weir has now shattered my trust in realtors. I truly believe she just wanted to get a quick sale under her belt no matter what the cause. She claims to be recognized as one of the top 5% of realtors in the St. Louis area, however I find that hard to believe. During a home inspection of the residence, the home inspector found a myriad of issues with the house. Ms. Weir prepared a list of only a few inexpensive items to fix, which was presented to the owner to repair. As a result, I was stuck fixing additional costly items after the closing, because I gave Ms. Weir too much latitude and trust. That's not the actions of a top realtor! (Poor Process Expertise) Her customer service was nil and I will never use her services or Coldwell Banker/Gundaker Realtors for my next move. Of all the realtors that I've met, Ms. Weir was the WORST BUYERS realtor that I've experienced. (Poor responsiveness) Less ... More
