Robert is professional and proactive in selling real estate. He was my agent for my Majestic condo and negotiated a fair closing price at market value. He kept me well informed during the sale and returned all my calls in timely fashion. I was very happy with my investment return and would certainly recommend him as a high qualified real estate agent. Thank you Robert Ellis!

Robert got us our asking price during a very tough real estate market. He has a great network of investors and other agents, and used that network to quickly sell our condo. Excellent work and attentive to our needs.

Robert Ellis was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful during the entire process of selling my condo. He kept me well informed of any showings. After receiving an offer which I accepted, Mr. Ellis helped in every way to process the paperwork required in the sale of a condo. Even after closing, he helped in the transfer of rental bookings I had to the new owner/manager. I feel he went above and beyond what was required.

Helped me buy home
We worked with Mr. Ellis from NC, and he sent us info on homes when he had something he thought we would be interested in and took us to look when we were here. A tremendous help all the way around.

Robert Ellis helped me sell my house when the market was sluggish and two other realtors were unable to make a sale. I appreciated his commitment and dedication.

I had the opportunity to work with Robert during the down times of condominiums sales in Panama City Beach. The conditions were bad for selling in the area but Robert created good traffic and buzz. I eventually sold for much closer to asking price than I expected to. Robert did and excellent job.

Helped me buy home
Robert was very accommodating, I live out of state and he made it easy to work out closing. He was also very prompt and if he was going to be running late he always called. I felt like he did his homework and was very familiar with the area. I would recommend Robert to anyone especially friends and family!

Helped me buy home
Robert is the ultimate professional. I went through a 9 month process living out of state but he was there anytime to answer any question. His professional knowledge combined with a common sense approach guided me through the entire buying experience. He offered advice and suggestions when needed at the same time leaving the final decisions to me. I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone needing the services of a realtor.

I think Robert captures what anyone would want in a realtor. He is knowledgeable in the location of properties and what is selling. He has the skills to find the buyer who needs and wants your particular property. And he has the ability to get things moving in the right direction, fast. I would definitely recommend him for all your property interests, whether buying or selling.

Helped me buy home
I had been looking at property for my ultimate retirement place for over 5 years in PCB. I went through at least 3 other real estate professionals before I found Robert Ellis. I always knew which complex I would ultimately locate to but having information for the whole PCB area to do comparatives with was key to my decision as to location and as to when. His website and emails he sent usually daily kept me informed. I did comparatives waiting for a price point I could afford. Robert and I had spoken on several (more than several) occasions about properties over the years. For at least 3 years he worked with me during Spring Break to find a place driving me and my wife around. We ultimately narrowed down the location. A unit came available, he called me but I could not get down there to look at it, it sold within the week. Within three weeks another unit 3 doors down came up for sale. The day it came on the market, I got the call from Robert. I jumped at it after Robert did his homework on it, he went to see it, took at least 20 pictures for me to review, he found out the air conditioner did not work, he said he had a friend that could take a quick look, found out it was a minor thing, it got fixed, Robert paid for the small repair out of his pocket ( I did ultimately reimburse him but he originally did it on his own). That was above and beyond to me. I submitted an offer, Robert worked with the seller making calls back and forth always keeping me abreast of what the status was. We got it purchased, the unit location was where we wanted to be. I had a very quick close date to make the deal happen (did I tell you there were 3 other buyer waiting for my deal to go bad) and my local lender kept putting up road blocks. The deadline was so close I thought it was going to collapse and I'd be out of my deposit. Well, Robert went back to the seller and negotiated more time for the closing. All worked out and we are very happy to have what we have. I credit Robert for making it happen. I don't think he made much commission on the sale but he has made a friend for life. I would recommend him highly. Steve A. Less ... More
