Stephen knew my property from a previous attempt to sell. He made recommendations based on today's market and made a few suggestions for the showings. Whatever he did, my house sold within 31 days of it being listed. So whatever he did or said were right for my house to sell quickly.

Stephen helped my wife and I buy our first home in Holyoke, MA. Following an experience with an agent who was not a good fit for us, we found Stephen via the Zillow reviews. Our home search became much more manageable with Stephen, and he was great about explaining things to us as we went. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions. Once we found a place we liked, he walked us through the offer and inspection, and got us a fair price. His no-game-playing philosophy for making offers fit well with our style. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He helped us with purchasing a house and negotiating a price. We used his professional advice when putting an offer in and as a result of following his suggestions, we got a great deal on a really nice house. He also referred us to a mortgage rep who was able to get us pre-approved quickly so we could put the offer in. We got a great rate on the mortgage too. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
