Listed and sold a home
Nancy Woolley made the buying of our new house and selling of our old house an easy process. She is a true professional and knows the in's and out's of the business. I felt like she was working for us every step of the way. Nancy was more than accomodating to our family's needs and time constraints with two small children. Best of all she sold our house in just 4 days for full asking price! We highly recommend her!

Helped me buy home
Nancy helped us purchase our current home. She worked with us and the builder to ensure our desires and needs were met. When any issues or questions came up with the construction Nancy quickly responded and ensured that communications between us and the builders were efficiently addressed in a timely manner. Nancy also assisted us in picking out and purchasing our lot as well. Nancy also listed and sold our previous home, she worked with us, the buyer's realtor and the new buyer to make the departure from our old residence to the new one was as uneventful and as easy as possible. When the water heater in our new home developed a defect, Nancy helped us contact the installer and get it replaced as it was still under warranty. I highly recommend that you use Nancy Woolley's services if you are selling or buying a home in the Omaha metropolitan area. Less ... More

Listed and sold a home
Nancy Wooley recently sold our home in the Applewood Heights subdivision of Omaha. We could not have been more pleased with Nancy and her process of marketing and selling our home. Nancy is personable, yet very much down to business. We found her to be very knowledgeable of our neighborhood and surrounding area. She was always prompt and very responsive to our communications. There was never any hint of placing a low price on our property to extract a quick sale. In fact, we feel that she worked hard and was a very good negotiator/advisor in getting the best price for our home. Having dealt with less than professional realtors in the past, our experience with Nancy was a delight. Without hesitation, we would recommend her to our family, friends, and good neighbors. Helped me find a home to rent
Nancy has exceptional knowledge of the area and housing market whether it is a rental or purchase. I was looking to rent a property for a short term and after checking thoroughly for such a property, it was obvious they were few and far between. I eventually went with a short term lease in an apartment situation, but it was because of Nancy's diligent efforts that I became familiar with the area and comfortable enough to call Omaha home after living in a much smaller city all my life. I would recommend her highly regardless of the type of home you are looking for. I plan to start looking for a home soon, and Nance will be my first call. Less ... More

None. We connected, but it did not work out.
My husband recently retired after 20 years of active duty in the USAF, and we decided to make Omaha our permanent home. We began our search for a house and decided to use Nancy Woolley as our realtor. We were initially extremely impressed. She spent a lot of time with us and was even patient when we had to bring our small child along on some of our search. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, which was very important to us since we are new in town. We ended up signing a contract for a home with Nancy. Then our trouble began. As soon as we signed, Nancy became less available, although she would return calls and emails. After a few weeks passed, some things in our lives changed and my husband and I decided we would be unable to afford the home we chose. He called Nancy to let her know, and this is when we saw a new side. The things she said to him were deplorable. He was called a liar and she told him that his 20 years of military service were a disgrace. Understandably, she was upset about losing a sale, but we were even more upset about being unable to afford the home we had chosen. The bottom line is that our situation changed and we had to back out. We willingly released our earnest money to the sellers, as we felt we owed them that for taking their house off the market for a few weeks. Nancy was totally and completely unprofessional. No matter what the situation, nobody deserves to be spoken to the way she spoke to my husband. As we tried to process the release paperwork, he would call her to ask the status. At one point, she did not pick up the phone. He blocked his number and called right back - she picked up right away. She repeatedly hung up on him. She told us that we needed a lawyer because the sellers would probably sue us and to be prepared to lose everything we have. The treatment that we received from Nancy, once things did not go her way, was absolutely reprehensible. My husband also told Nancy that even though we are unable to buy the original house we chose, we still need a house. He asked her if she could help us find another one and her response was, "Absolutely not." At this point, we have been released and have decided to resume our search with a different realtor and a different real estate company. Although I hate that we had to back out on the house we wanted, I am now glad that Nancy Woolley will not make any money off of us. Less ... More

Helped me find a home to rent
I used Nancy Woolley to rent a property sight unseen and wasn't prepared for what I would encounter entering the rental property for the very first time. 1. The place wasn't clean. 2. Blown light bulbs weren't replaced. 3. Fridge wasn't clean. 4. Freezer wasn't clean or defrosted. 5. Broken window piece lying on the floor. 6. Broken Microwave. 7. 70% of the walls scattered with large holes, nails, red marker, smears, etc. 8. Trash inside the house. 9. Trash debris piled in the back yard. 10. Half painted walls. 11. HVAC filter not changed. 12. Garage unswept. 13. Dirty and stained doors. 14. Dirty cabinets. 15. Dirty blinds. 16. Dirty window sills. 17. Dirty baseboards. 18. Dirty and soiled interior trim. 19. Urine stains on two toilets. 20. etc. Anyway, I immediately brought my concerns to the Nancy's attention and instead of accepting responsibility for not accurately describing the condition of the house AND failing to prepare the house for my arrival, she chose the blame game. I understand renting a house sight unseen comes with a few surprises but I never expected this level of oversight. I fully expected Nancy Woolley to perform a thorough walk through of the property, document the findings, and take all corrective actions PRIOR to my arrival. Less ... More
