This isn’t the first time Sheryl Crow has tried to sell her Nashville-area home. The sprawling ranch was first listed for $7.5 million in early 2010. Without a buyer, the singer-songwriter tried selling the home through an auction in November 2011. The bid started at a low $1.175 million, but with no buyers, the home was stuck back on the market in early 2012 for $6.399 million.
