The Upper East Side townhouse made famous by the 1961 film “Breakfast at Tiffany's” starring Audrey Hepburn sold for $6 million, or about $15,000 over its ask, in April. The home was listed in December of last year after 11 years under the thumb of a Merrill Lynch broker.
