R&B superstar Usher bought a massive Georgia mansion back in 2007, while he and ex-wife Tameka Raymond were still married. After their divorce in 2009, Tameka continued to live in the house, with the caveat that Usher could sell the home at any point if he gave her 60-day notice.
Apparently Usher gave her the notice because the Roswell home is on the market for $3.2 million.
Built in 2004, the luxe home spans 12,544 square feet on more than 4 acres. The 6-bed, 7-bath home has vaulted ceilings, high-end finishes and an outdoor pool.
Born in Tennessee, Usher moved to Atlanta as a child and still calls the Southern city his home base. He owns another property in the area, a nearly 8,000-square-foot home he bought in 1998.
