Kristin Stewart's childhood home
Kristen Stewart is not a true newcomer to the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. The “Twilight” star actually grew up in Woodland Hills and both of her parents, John Stewart and Jules Stewart, work in the film industry.
Stewart’s childhood home just hit the market for $1.75 million. According to property records, the home is under a trust held by Jules Stewart. John and Jules were legally separated in 2010 and Jules filed for divorce in August 2012.
Kristen Stewart likely lived at 20715 De Forest St, Woodland Hills until she began dating Robert Pattinson. The two were together for four years, and for part of it, lived together in his Los Feliz home until they split. Following the breakup, Stewart bought her own home, coincidentally in Los Feliz as well, and Pattinson is rumored to be renting a different place in Beverly Hills.
The Stewart family home is a standard ’70s split, but with some unique decor. The backside of the home features an “Alice in Wonderland” mural, complete with paintings of the White Rabbit and Queen of Hearts. A large chess board near the pool adds another whimsical touch.
From what is shared of the inside, it appears that there are a few more murals inside the home, including a palm tree motif glimpsed in one of the living areas. The kitchen has all-black cabinets.
According to listing information, the home measures a substantial 4,432 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths on a generous, third-of-an-acre lot.
