Jessica Simpson may be known as a judge for aspiring designers on NBC’s “Fashion Star,” but she’s clearing out her closet to make room for baby No. 2. According to US Weekly, Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson are in escrow to buy Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s former home in Los Angeles' Hidden Hills neighborhood.

Spanning 11,000 square feet, the estate more than doubles the size of Simpson’s current Beverly Hills home. With 6 bedrooms and 10 baths, the Cape Cod-inspired house features a grand staircase framing large windows. Outside, a large swimming pool and patio offer the latest outdoor-entertaining amenities — not to mention an expansive view of Los Angeles.

Simpson and her husband-to-be can also look forward to luxurious his-and-her space with a Victorian-esque master bath and French doors opening to a private veranda.
But Simpson is focused on making space for the whole family, including 9-month-old daughter Maxwell and her second child, due later this year. Renovation plans are reportedly under way to convert Sharon Osbourne’s large walk-in closet into Simpson’s dream nursery.
Meanwhile, wedding plans are on hold as the couple focus on making their new home move-in ready.
