Kimberly Buffington-Quaid is proving her real estate savvy in her divorce settlement with actor Dennis Quaid. The real estate agent and soon-to-be former Mrs. Quaid is getting a Pacific Palisades mansion for just her and the twins, TMZ reports.
Dennis purchased the 10,993-square-foot home for $3.1 million from former CBS TV Distribution President John Nogawski. Unlike the “Parent Trap” star’s fictional twins, however, 5-year-old Thomas and Zoe will both live in the home with mom until they turn 18.
The contemporary one-story has a sleek, minimal design with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and ocean views. Kimberly and the kids can also look forward to A-list neighbors including Matt Damon and Rihanna.
Meanwhile, Dennis can be seen in “Vegas”— not the city, but a new TV drama on Sky Atlantic. The Texas native plays Ralph Lamb, a former rancher, rodeo rider, military policeman and sheriff.
The role isn’t too far-fetched for Quaid, who recently listed his Montana property near Yellowstone National Park that he has owned for more than 30 years. The film actor also owned a French-style equestrian estate in the Pacific Palisades until he sold it for $9.5 million last January.
