The property in question is located in Los Feliz and, like many of the homes in the area, is built in a Mediterranean-influenced style. Constructed in 1922, the home sits on a third of an acre adjacent to Laughlin Park. Interior shots and listing details show the home has been completely renovated, with high-end appliances added to the kitchen and an newly opened-floor plan flowing into outdoor living spaces. The 4-bed, 4.5-bath house measures 3,805 square feet.
