Channing Tatum buys Princess Leia's old house, across the street from Real Housewife Lisa Vanderpump

Hollywood heartthrob Channing Tatum and his wife, "Step Up" co-star Jenna Dewan, are moving in across the street from Lisa Vanderpump, co-star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Oh, and their next-door neighbor? Harry Styles of One Direction.

The Tatums bought into a celebrity-filled pocket of Beverly Hills, spending $6 million on a 1950 Cape Cod-style house that's also near Demi Moore.

Their house was owned for 10 years by Princess Leia — er, Carrie Fisher — who bought it in 1984 from David Soul, better known as Hutch of "Starsky & Hutch." Fisher sold it to talent agent extraordinaire Kevin Huvane in 1994; he sold it in 2011 to Patricia and Roberto Sneider of "Mexico's prodigiously rich Oberfeld family," according to Variety, which first reported Tatum's purchase.

The Sneiders originally listed the home at $7 million in May of last year, so the Tatums got a bit of a deal (assuming you overlook the fact that the Sneiders paid only about $4.4 million for it in 2011).

The estate — which actually comprises a main house and guest house — has six bedrooms and six baths in almost 5,000 square feet on an acre of land.
