Jim is a fantastic real estate agent, and helped us purchase our first home a few months ago. The inventory has been terrible this past year and every home had multiple offers ? frustrating for a buyer. Since the time we started working with him, he understood our needs exactly, and was genuinely interested in finding the right home for us. Throughout the process, we felt no pressure at all. In fact, Jim advised us to be patient all along, and even told us not to bid on a couple of homes because of his assessment. He's got a very friendly personality and is always willing to share his knowledge about anything related to housing.
