After having been subjected to several other realtors and been deceived and lied to about the homes we looked at we had decided to go another route and did a lot of online research to find the house we wanted. After finding it we contacted Gloria to see if we could do a walk thru and look at it. Gloria never pressured us to sign any paperwork or force us to decide on the spot if we wanted it.
