This was my first home purchase, and if it were not for Heather's help, I would not be able to accomplish it. She took her time to explain me step by step the buying process (more then one time!). She contacted and went on location for some house inspections. On one occasion when she was not completely satisfied with the report she called for another opinion.. Heather most recently sold me a house in Breakers West that was a multiple bank short sale. The seller was very uncooperative and dealing with two banks was nearly impossible.
