Best realtor anyone could ask for! She is always up for the adventure of looking at new houses! We had her show us quite a few because we were super particular. She found our house with us and was great at negotiating the deal so that we didn't lose the house in the bartering process. We highly recommend her, but only if you want to find the right house for you and your family :)

Teresa was very attentive and made recommendations based on the needs of our family. She helped us sell our old house within 6 weeks, and Teresa was able to find us a new house that fit all of our "must haves" and the majority "would like to haves." We did her to do list and priced the house based on her market anaylsis and we had showing back to back all day the first day on the market!! Teresa was will to show us all the new houses we wanted. She cautioned us against ones that were out of our price range and ones that she knew needed more work on them then we were willing to do.
