I met Tammy in the summer of 2011 & asked her to take a look at my Arden Hills home & give me suggestions for improvements to make the house more appealing inside. She suggested I remove all the wall paper which I did, & stopped by often to see the progress being made. I had most of the rooms painted too. She & I agreed that a new deck would be a huge plus, as one could immediately see the deck upon entering the house, so that was also done. We did not need to hire "stagers", as all looked clean & neat after painting. The house went on the market in late spring, & the Purchase Agreement was signed by the prospective buyers on July 5, The buyers had made their decision by the second visit & priced their home to sell quickly, which it did. Most homes on the market at that time were not moving quickly! Tammy was always available by phone & eager to stop by for any reason. She held several open houses including one for the other Edina people. The house was well marketed, & many prospective buyers toured it or viewed it on the internet.
