Thomas came to our rescue after our prior pending purchase fell through due to the less than productive agent we had representing us before. Thomas was very receptive to our specific needs and provided us lists of many properties that fit our requests. In the end it was a house that we came upon by accident while touring other properties that we ended up with. We saw the sign and approached the owner, and Thomas was able to get a tour of the house right then and there. Housing prices had not fully rebounded and my fiance and I found ourselves in an all too common predicament - needing to dispose of a property with very little to no equity. While not 'upside down', it appeared that we were still facing a 'short sale' in order to pay off the lien holders and absorb the other costs of the sale.
