On Wednesday, March 21st Hank sent us the usual email of homes on the market. We saw one we really loved! My husband and I went to take a look at the outside. We knew that this was the house we wanted and just had to see inside! I called Hank. We were supposed to have a meeting the following Wednesday to learn about the home buying process, instead, Hank stayed up with us until 2:00 am explaining the process because we wanted to put an offer on this particular home. He was there every step of the process and during all the bumps and bruises with financing. He answered my million questions daily.
