Erika always followed-up with my questions and concerns when I didn't understand something about the home selling and buying process. I highly recommend her. It was a pleasure working with Erika. She always answered my questions about my new home purchase and my former home sale. When she didn't have the answers, she researched until she learned the answers - one, specifically, was the water bill final reading for my home sale. The mortgage company happily deducted a large amount until they were sure that the bill was covered. Erika has been exremely helpful in our home buying process. She responds quickly and makes herself available to fit our schedules. She know the area (Clinton Township and Macomb Township) in which we are looking, and also describes areas outside of these two that would fit our requirments (should we want to expand our search).
