I used Century 21 agency to sell my home in 1998 and was very satisfied with the service I received, thus, when an emergency situation arose and I needed to put my home on the market in December 2011, I googled the phone number for Century 21 in my area. It was after 6 PM when I made the call and despite my urgency, I was not expecting anyone to answer, but a gentleman, who later became known to me as Don Neill ANSWERED! Mr. Neill gave me directions to the office and told me he would wait for me to arrive. OMG! I could not believe that this gentleman, that had no idea what type of home I needed to sell would WAIT to assist me. Don was very helpful in finding our son a new home. He help very much in the negotiating of the sale price, we were looking for a fixer upper and he found us one. After we fixed the place up we had it reappraised and the appraisal was for twice what we paid for it, so thanks Don job well done my son has a good amount of equity for his first home. Yes I will ask Don for help again when time comes.
