We were first time homebuyers, new to the area, and had also had a less than positive experience with a different realtor when we attempted to buy previously in a different community. I asked a co-worker if they had any recommendations on realtors in the area, and they recommended Brian. When we decided to make an offer on our home, he walked us through every step. As our buyer's agent, HE WORKED FOR US. We were able to purchase our home at the price we wanted and were able to work with the seller's, and seller's agent, to get work done on the home that we asked for.
