I purchased a home through Mark Frisco about 3 years ago (prior to his taking over the business). Being new to the area, it was great working with a St. Mary's county native like Mark. I found his advice to be straightforward and knowledgeable, and I appreciated his honesty on several occassions. To be honest, my first impression was that he looked young, but having bought/sold many homes through my military moves, I ended up appreciating his energy and enthusiasm over much older realtors I have worked with.
