My wife and I had been looking at homes in the area on and off for two years. We drove by a Diamond Real Estate sign and asked our "then" current realtor to set up a showing. The Saturday we arranged to see the property, our "then realtor" was a no-show. We called Jerry that same day and he was more than happy to show us the property. That first showing was in May. We finally closed in late September. When the home inspector gave us a suggested list of improvements needed, Jerry made sure the tradesmen were contacted, and task by task got the work done to our satisfaction.
