Laura was is an energitic wonderful girl who looked very hard to find me a place in Sunset Beach where I was looking but there was little to nothing there that I wanted. We live in California and wanted to find a retirement home near the NC coast. Laura showed us a wide range of options including a house located in a lovely gated community which my wife did not like at first, but was very affordable. Laura showed us how we could update the house and increase the living area for relatively little money. We liked her plan and made an offer which was accepted. During the inspection a problem was found in the foundation, but Laura had one of her contractors look at it and assure us it could be fixed. She then used this to negotiate a 10% reduction in the sale price which was more than the cost of repairs, leaving us with extra money for the remodel. The house turned out better than we imagined.
