A great real estate agent to work with. Very knowledgeable about the area and the process of purchasing a home. Best of all she is very responsive and replies almost immediately to text messages/email/phone calls. She is also able to send documents that could be signed electronically, which was very useful with my busy schedule. Multiple times she was able to meet us at a moments notices, even on weekends. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

I needed to find a smaller home for my mom really fast so I started my own search online. I requested information on several properties (at least 10), just asking for a realtor to contact me. Only 2 responded to my requests. One seemed annoyed somehow, but Jennifer had me looking at properties within 24 hours. Within a couple days, she had set up an entire Saturday to view homes. My wife and I were looking for a second home in the Greensboro area and had asked a realtor to help find a place since we were not from the area. We gave her very specific details on what we wanted and a budget to work with. We met the realtor once and after that she would just send us emails on locations to go. We spent several Saturdays doing this and the majority of them we drove past as they were not worth stopping to look at. The third Saturday we spent driving around looking at less than favorable places. One evening we arrived at a house for sale that on the outside appeared to be shop worthy. Once we walked into the home/open house we left immediately due to the home smelling like a kennel. We happened to run into Jennifer and discussed our frustration with the whole process and were surprised when she advised that she was a realtor. We were immediately impressed and wanted to hire her on the spot, however there were certain aspects of realtor ethics that she discussed and she stressed how she would not cross that line. We were fortunate though and didn?t have to go through any firing since we never signed any commitment letter for the first realtor. Once we told her what we were looking for she was wonderful. I think that night she had already responded with several properties and had us listed on an auto generated email that would notify of properties of interest. Once we got Jennifer involved we had found a place within two weeks and only spent several hours with her looking at key properties. Eventually my wife and I will buy a larger home in the area and Jennifer is the only realtor I will deal with. Unfortunately, I will have to deal with a realtor in Virginia to sell that home?.. My opinion, don?t waste your time with others and go with an honest, ethical, very driven individual that will get you in or sell your existing home. Less

First let me say.. you will never find a better agent! I was a hard customer to deal with..wanted to see every home and I made about 6 offers before I finally found the right one. Jennifer Washburn made every offer without complaint and went out of her way to meet my schedule, even meeting me in the dark with houses that had no power!! Really? Who does that for clients anymore? She sold me a property this year and during negotiaions she ended up getting a better deal for me and saved me thousands! I walked away with a warm fuzzy feeling and not feeling like I got ripped off. I knew she had done her job and found me the perfect home within my budget and a perfect home to raisse my family.
