Marc knew all about the area we were interested in buying in. He also did a wonderful job negotiating the sales price. We had a few snags with the bank. but Marc was always there when we needed him and helped the transaction go smooth, when it easily could of gone off track. I will be using him in the future and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
