We started our search for a property on the Big Island of Hawaii, remotely from the mainland. Using what little knowledge we had of the location, we started combing internet listings of properties for sale, and with a short list, we made contact with Regina. Regina?s expertise and dedication quickly became apparent, and she willingly started checking on all of the properties on our shortlist. Regina was very astute when it came to matching our wants and needs against the properties that were available for sale. We received daily phone calls describing the properties that she had seen, and the detailed reasons why we should consider or discount each listing. Our search progressed, we made an offer and finally secured the home of our dreams. As it turned out, this perfect home was a recommendation of Regina's expert real estate "matchmaking" and not a possible contender on our short list.
