Jess was very helpful throughout the entire process and took care of everything for me! I had concerns after the inspection, and he coordinated additional inspections for me with other third parties. He was also very responsive to my requests.

Jess has sold two of our homes, both in less than a week. He walked through our homes and told us what we should do and NOT to do to get the house ready for sale. The first house sold for full asking price. The second for more than appraised price. He also worked diligently to help us find our new home, even though we were in Florida. We closed on our new house while in Florida and Jess met us at our new home with the keys when we arrived. Our last home on Kingsridge sold in less than 3 days with 3 offers. We actually sold it for $2,000 more than the appraisesed price. There was an issue with the flood plain zoning on our house.
