I have worked with Sheba professionally for several years and she is a very competent and talented person. If I was in the market for an agent, I would strongly consider interviewing her for the position. Most agents I have worked with are not worth half of their commission. Sheba on the other hand would be worth every bit of it.

Buying a home was becoming a long and painful process for us, working with different realtors who would not understand some basic requirements that we had in our first home. The ones we found primarily at the open houses were very pushy and impersonal and we could easily make out that they did not have our best interest in mind. This was going to be our biggest investment and we would not go for a house that the realtor liked..! Sheba is not a local realtor in the area where we were looking for a house to buy. But having known her personally we talked with her about the frustrations and requirements that we had. It was going to be our first house, and we were not in a hurry to buy. She was very patient in listening to our requirements and also in guiding us with the various nuances that a first time home buyer should be aware of. If a requirement was not reasonable / ambiguous, she had an open discussion with us, and provided options based on the market situation at the time. She paid a lot of attention to detail and had lots of good ideas that helped shape what we wanted. Then she went ahead and interviewed some realtors in our desired area and recommended someone who we were able to work with and finally buy a house that the entire family loved. We got in touch with Sheba through another real estate agent as we were looking for help with a rental rather than purchasing a property. This was an out of state move for us ( moving from Chicago) and we didn't know anything about Massachusetts and the different areas therein. Initially we were interested in Newton, Wellesley areas but Sheba was quick honest and upfront with us about the areas she covers. We ended up renting a house in Shrewsbury through Sheba.
