Patty is always professional, and she was always available to take me to see any houses that I was interested in seeing. In fact, since she was so quick at getting me in to see a house, I was able to purchase it. Even tho there were people lined up to see if after we did. I have and will continue to recommend Patty to anyone who is looking for an excellent agent.

Patty is extremely experienced and we were lucky to have her during the process of buying our first home. She went above and beyond and got us through laziness issues associated with our credit union. She knows the process well and knew exactly what was needed each step of the way by each person involved. We purchased a foreclosure and her expertise on working with the listing agent to keep us updated with developments with "the bank" was awesome. It was quite the process and we were thankful to have such a "go-getter" on our side. She never missed a beat, helped us meet every deadline, and helped us negotiate with "the bank" after our inspection (and did end up with a price decrease which is unheard of!). She made us feel very comfortable and confident with our decisions every step of the way. She is well connected and up to date in her profession. She resides in this area and knows it well. Patty had a very unique experience working for us under unusual circumstances and Realtor Extraordinaire is truly the best description I can think of to describe her. My experience is that she took a personal interest in us to help us through the process, handled everything in a professional, timely, and caring manner and literally breezed us through the selling of a family home and finding the perfect place to downsize to.
