Jeff definitely defines what a real estate agent should be...hard working and an _asset_ to his client. You will finish the process knowing you had the right person to help you with your deal. Not only does he give the best objective advice during the purchase process, he knows all the right people, whether it be roofers, contractors, etc. I see the post that states he's "honest, patient and just overall very good at what he does" and I agree 100%.

We interviewed Jeff fourth in a day of five agents. We immediately liked him, and ultimately agreed to use his service as we felt from the outset that he would be a knowledgeable professional and a tough negotiator, while NOT being an overly pushy sales guy. He certainly lived up to our expectations. Our home had an offer within 24 hours. Jeff helped us through the negotiations, and we ended up with an approved deal that came in above what we originally thought our house was worth. Jeff is a great listener and gets you in the house you want. He showed us five different homes. When he showed us our house on Friday, February 28, 2012 he had us pre-approved for our home loan and had us come in his office on Wednesday, March 3, 2012. We then signed our paperwork and the following week we had our inspection. BOA and credit union went on vacation in a three week span and we had to wait. We were to close on our house on March 30, 2012. Jeff got his part done on time. The house was a foreclosure so we had to wait on repairs and it took 2 1/2 months for them to get the repairs done and closed on our home June 12, 2012. Jeff worked very hard to make sure we got this house. We had to get four extensions on part of the mortgage department in Detroit. They kept going on vacations and making excuses about water in the basement. We almost lost our house our extension ran out June 15, 2012 because of the weekend.
