We set up a time to view a property 3 days prior to the date we were supposed to be shown a home by Cheryl. Cheryl called me 2 hours prior to the showing time indicating that she had another property that she had to be at and couldn't make our showing appointment. She offered to reschedule and we declined. Any professional would have known that another appointment was at the same time and given proper notice.
