I have dealt with Michelle for over a year now trying to buy a piece of foreclosed property, that was prelisted with her. I would call her once sometimes twice a month inquiring as to the status of this property. She was always courteous and and gave me what info she had at the time. When the property finally came available I received a call from her stating it was for sale and the price. After a week of negotiating we now own that property. I knew she was working for the owner of the property, but she was always respectful to the wife and I. We actually have become friends. You can count on her to represent your interests, but be very helpful and professional to the other party. I would and have recommended Michelle to others looking for real estate. Less

Michelle could NOT have been a better fit for our land/house shopping needs. She is incredible - kind, friendly, communicative and truly interested in helping you find "the one". Michelle is incredibly knowledgable about a variety of issues, local culture, amenities, all the little details to think of when looking at a potential home. If there is something she isn't sure about, she'll surely connect you with whoever does. She is also incredibly generous with her time and energy. After spending three days with Michelle, she honestly felt like family and if she is representative of the people of Wythe county, we would be so lucky as to move there! Less
