We moved to Las Vegas on a return assignment with the Air Force. Since we lived here before for almost 3 years I thought I would have no trouble finding a rental with all the criteria I wanted, especially in the renters market we have right now. I was very wrong. It was so overwhelming and I was completely unfamiliar with the North side of the city. Hunter was referred to us by a common friend and we contacted him for help. He was helpful beyond my expectations! We gave him our criteria and within 6 hours he had narrowed the search results to 12 homes that were all within the 5 mile radius we wanted to live and met our criteria (when I came up with 100's and none where in the right area). He set up the viewings, came with us, and provided us with important information on the neighborhoods and surrounding areas you will not find in reviews or listings. He also was an expert negotiator for us. We have a dog and a cat, which can be tricky in rentals. He was able to negotiate for our little furry family and lower the asking rent to a more acceptable market price on multiple homes we looked at!
