I first spoke with James over the phone to simply ask a few questions about purchasing a property in Florida. Living in Iowa, I was very unfamiliar with the area and what the market was doing. James Warren assisted me in purchasing my home when I was transferred with my company. I found that James did a very good job working to understand what type of property I was looking for. He provided me a number of choices as well as giving me advice on selecting a neighborhood that I was comfortable with.
